We will endeavor to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from www.honeysuckleinteriors.co.uk, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Honeysuckle Ltd will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items dispatched. Your card will be charged at point of order to keep in-line with security legislation.
All products offered for sale by Honeysuckle Interiors Ltd are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavors products appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before dispatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
Hats and Accessories
All hats and accessories used on this web site are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
All our hats are available for hire or purchase.
We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.
Goods ordered from Honeysuckle Interiors Ltd for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it’s destination country. You must pay any charges for customs; we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
Your Shopping Account when using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.
